Help me bring Zentura to life.

Hey, I’m Zane

I’m 18, I live in Trinidad and Tobago, and I’m building Zentura by myself: the code, the machines, the survivors, the story, all of it. It started as the game I wanted to play, and it has become what I work on every day.

You land on an island, gather what you can, and grow a settlement into a working factory: shafts and gears, windmills, steam engines, power lines, and survivors who help you run it.

The plan is to release Zentura on Steam. Your support pays for the time and tools to finish it, and for the paperwork to publish it.

Where it stands today

A small settlement: a windmill and millstone, gears, a boiler and steam engine, a generator and power poles
An in-engine shot from the current build. The art is still placeholder.

Working now

  • A large island to explore, with block building
  • Shafts, gears, belts, windmills and steam engines that connect into networks
  • Electricity carried on power poles
  • Survivors who take orders and carry the work
  • A research tree that unlocks new machines

Still to do

  • Final art and sound
  • More of the story and the later chapters
  • Balancing, polish and playtesting
  • A Steam page and release

Zentura is in early development and has no release date yet.

Where the money goes

  • Development runway

Basic living costs like food, so I can put full days into the game.

  • A business and Steam

Registering a business and paying Steam’s fees so Zentura can be released there.

  • A stable computer

My current PC keeps crashing. A reliable machine means more time building and less time rebooting.

  • Everything else

The other costs of making a game: tools, assets, sound and getting the word out.

Back it on Ko-fi, or share it with someone who loves building factories. Both help.
