Up to now you started a world with nothing in particular around you. That doesn't match the story, so now a new world opens at the crash: three survivors, some rations pulled from the wreck and a note from Luna.
Food was the obvious gap after that, so fishing went in. There are fishing spots by water, freshwater fish in rivers and lakes, and sea fish in the ocean. Fish also give you lubricant, which the machines need.
I also went through all of Chapter 1 to check you could actually finish it, and fixed the places where you couldn't. One example: the lab needed gears you couldn't make until after you'd researched something in the lab.
